With HEALMO, discover the specificity of physical exercises, how to stay healthy, prevent injuries and much more!
The human body cannot be changed by force. Hence, we at HEALMO have placed our focus into maximising one's potential, the development of the individual. All of our products are shaped around this idea.
While movement positively impacts our brain, it must be done in a biochemically safe manner. Else once the wrong habit forms, injury and forced limitation of mobility is inevitable.
